Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using ShopXop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You must provide accurate, complete information when registering and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

ShopXop is a platform that connects users with independent sellers for products, services, shops, and events. ShopXop is not a seller, party to, or guarantor of any transaction. All transactions are directly between the buyer and the seller.

Users can place orders or book services through the platform. Availability, cancellation policies, and fulfillment depend on the respective seller. ShopXop facilitates the connection but does not guarantee fulfillment.

Payments are processed through supported third-party payment providers. Applicable fees, taxes, refunds, and cancellation terms will be communicated to users at the time of transaction. ShopXop does not hold or process payments directly.

Subscription pricing, duration, renewal, cancellation, and benefits will be clearly displayed before purchase. Apple/Google billing terms apply where applicable. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through the respective app store.

Sellers are fully and solely responsible for the following:

• Accurate listings, pricing, and inventory management.
• Product and service quality, safety, and legality.
• Holding all necessary licenses, permits, and authorizations.
• Order fulfillment, shipping, and customer service.
• Taxes applicable to their sales.
• Compliance with all local, state, and national laws.

ShopXop does not verify, endorse, or warrant any seller's products or services.

Sellers are independent businesses, not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of ShopXop. Nothing in these Terms creates any employment, agency, or partnership relationship.

Sellers warrant that they have the right to sell their products, that products are as described, and that their listings do not infringe any third-party rights. Sellers agree to indemnify and hold ShopXop harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their products, services, listings, or conduct.

Users may upload photos, reels, and stories. Users must have all necessary rights to uploaded content and must not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or misleading content. ShopXop may remove any content at its sole discretion.

Users must not engage in fraud, illegal activities, misuse of the platform, intellectual property infringement, harassment, or any attempt to compromise ShopXop's security, systems, or integrity.

ShopXop's name, logo, software, design, and platform content belong to ShopXop or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute ShopXop's intellectual property without prior written permission.

ShopXop does not warrant the quality, safety, legality, accuracy, or fitness of any product or service listed on the platform. All purchases are at the user's own risk.

ShopXop is not responsible for seller conduct, product defects, non-delivery, or service quality. Any issues with a product or service must be addressed directly with the seller.

Disputes between buyers and sellers are solely between those parties. ShopXop may, at its discretion, assist with communication but is not obligated to mediate, arbitrate, or guarantee resolution.

Personal information is handled according to the ShopXop Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

ShopXop reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, listing, or access to the platform at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, and for any reason or no reason.

ShopXop is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from such action.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopXop is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

ShopXop's total liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Users agree to indemnify and hold ShopXop harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the platform, their content, or their violation of these Terms.

ShopXop is not liable for any failure or delay resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet or service provider failures, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

ShopXop may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of ShopXop's registered business jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where applicable, and users waive the right to participate in class actions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between users and ShopXop. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
